Excellent hotel that is near airport and downtown

Pros: Location
Cons: My tv screen was slightly damaged and it would have been better if that was not an issue.
Location: Close to downtown Miami near City of Miami building and there are an abundance of eateries in the nearby area.
My experience was great awesome staff and the location is very convenient for traveling downtown or to the beach. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Cons: There could had been something else besides the registration desk
Location: There wasn;t anything near by
Taxi charged me 74.dollars from the ship dock to hotel he wasn't a very pleasant man. Hotel should have had a shuttle bus

Cons: Cleanliness and amenities
Location: There were several restaurants within a couple of miles of the hotel; however, we did not look for any type of entertainment.
This hotel is a disgrace to the Extended Stay America chain. Upon arrival, clerk was very accommodating and friendly. Once in the room, there was no trash can, no cups and the spread was stained with blood. I had to take it to the front desk and the clerk brought me another one. I had asked for cups earlier and it took her close to 2 hrs to bring to me (no exaggeration!). There were little brown worms or something crawling on the floor. The room was equipped with stove-top, refrigerator and microwave - but no cooking utensils - had to get any cookware from office. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Ok price and close to airport

Not full kitchen. Had to "order" what you wanted for your room. Air conditioner panel was not working correctly.

It need to inprove in the cleaning. The bathroom needs to be fix. Very loudly neighbors.

Pros: Had very little choice as it was a last minute booking.
Cons: No pick up service available although advertised on website.
Location: Didn't have time to learn the surroundings or what to do.
I will recommend for overnight stays only, business trips ect. No tea or coffee making facilities (tea bags, coffee, sugar ect)

Hair on my bed sheet, locker broken

I did not feel safe at this hotel. There was hair on my bed and the a/c cover fell down in the middle of the night.
