Hotel agradável,boa instalação e internet rápida

Pros: acomodação
Cons: Café da manhã poderia ter maior variedade de alimentos
Location: Ótima localização. Próximo a um parque de golfe ótimo para caminhadas.
As instalações superaram as expectativas. A internet é rápida. O café da manhã poderia ser mais variado porém supre a necessidade básica. A localização é boa.

Good services but need to improve on the Breakfas

Pros: The reception was very warm and ready to assist. The shuttle bus was a great value added
Cons: Breakfast
Location: It's not in Downtown so do not expect much. Nothing spectacular can be done except to enjoy the quiet neighborhood
Bed could be larger but for the small size of the room. But the provision of kitchenette is great. Spent 3 nights no house keeper came to clean up the room. Well, my usage was minimal. May be I needed to make the request but my room was not untidy ,

Nice but should be better

Pros: desk staff free shuttle and parking location near the airport
Cons: hallway cleanliness brighter lightbulbs brighter, more cheerful colors hot food choices for breakfast
Location: great location near the airport
Nice staff but things are lacking/need attention. The hallway was always filthy and in desperate need of vacuuming. The decor colors are antiquated and depressing. Lighting in the room and breakfast area is generally dim. The room is the reason to stay here. It was clean and comfortable with a small but full kitchen. The bed was super comfortable, Breakfast was less than expected and less than usual for a place like this. Appreciate the free parking and shuttle to the airport. The wifi was pathetically slow.

It is a good place to spend one night

The Kitchen does not have utensils to be used. No coffee maker but coffee is available during breakfast time. Other than that hotel is súper clean, nice staff, and rooms Are very comfy. We Had to carry our luggage (no one was there to do that for us)

The stay was ok for just one night. They overbooked on single rooms so they gave me a "suite" which was pretty tiny to be considered a suite. It was a non smoking room but smelled like cigarette smoke when I arrived, the cable did not work in the bedroom and the tub was not cleaned thoroughly.

The hotel policy says house keeping is done only once a week which was a surprise. The hotel is near to Miami International Airport.
