Ok hotel. Near the airport.

Breakfast was ok. They ran out of condiments often. Staff were freindly and most of the time prompt. The need to fix the parking lot entrances so that the card reader works.

Has potential ... but

Pros: Relatively quiet for location.
Cons: Just hire some staff to clean and maintain property and provide expected level of service.
Location: Airport location but within easy access to all amenities.
Location is good for being close to airport. Off the main drag and golf course behind property. They have chosen to not provide service. Extended stay hotel. Took three calls to get clean towels and bedding after 3 days stay. Forget the so called breakfast and going in the dirty pool. Don't even offer to provide/sell supplies needed in an extended stay hotel. Came back to hotel one evening to find vomit in the hall. Not the hotel's fault, but after advising front desk no action to clean up until 9:30 next morning.

Friendly Staff..Will Make Sure You Are Comfortable

Pros: Speedy service. Quick check-in and check-out. Cold A/C.
Cons: More breakfast options. Heated pool/Jacuzzi.
Location: The location is very convenient being close to the airport and nearby fast food joints like McDonald's. Best McGriddle ever in life. Walking distance.
Staff this good deserve a Metal. Johnathan was the best, got me into my room nice and early. This guy came and found me just to tell me "Sir I just got the updated list, lets get you in your room" checked me in with ease, I was like wow, that's it. No hassle. Nuttin. I needed that, I really did. Thank you. The room was clean and cold just how I like it. I needed to make a long distance call and he walked me through it over the phone from downstairs like a champ (thinking back now - in my mind, anyone would be like uhhhh dude have you ever used a telephone, lol) not this guy. He was so accommodating. Upon check out I was served by Anthony. This young man was courteous and inviting (and I was leaving the Hotel, lol). He got my cash deposit quickly and bid me farewell with the utmost professionalism. The staff at this place is top notch, the best. I will definitely return here during my short business trips to Miami, FL. Ten Stars. They will go above and beyond. Thank you Extended Stay America - Miami - Airport - Miami Springs. Thank you. If more hotels had staff like these two guys. The hotel world would be better place. Perfect service.

Dirty room and hotel grounds

Pros: Nothing...
Cons: Everything needs to be improved
Location: Airport was very close
My room carpets were filthy dirty, hair in dresser drawers, kitchen sink backed up, cigarette burn holes on furniture. Overall a terrible experience and will not stay at this property again...

Extended Stay Miami Spring 101 Fareway.

Toilet was filthy, had to clean it ourselves. Internet was down. We were told to call a number for assistance getting a connection. Process took over an hour. Charges to print or make copies of anything.

Quiet Hotel

My room was clean. The counter was a little dirty but I never used it. The bed was comfortable. Great staff. The chairs by the pool were covered with bird poop but im sure they would've clean it if I said something. The hotel is in a nice quite area. I would stay here again.

Pros: close proximaty to malls, room was nice
Cons: Fitness room needs weights. Breakfast buffet could use hot meals.
good. Would go there again. Was there four days. Overall a good experience.

Nicely maintained older hotel on the beach.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean and within walking distance to several restaurants, bar and grocery store. It's a great place to stay if you like to snorkel or dive.

Decent hotel close to airport

Pros: Convenient to airport but quiet.
Cons: Room needs a luggage rack. We used the coffee table.
It is located next to a golf course/park so it is a pleasant view on the back side. Behind another hotel so it's not on the main street, cutting down on the traffic noise.Breakfast is cereal and prepackaged muffins. Can walk to fast food (.4 mi.) or a restaurant. Room was clean, including the kitchen and bathroom.
