Terrible customer service. Rooms that smell

Terrible hotel. They will barely answer the phone at front desk. The only bag cart had a broken collapsed wheel . Their continental breakfast is a joke with muffins coffee and water . I checked in late and our room smelled like cigarettes soo bad . But we were so tired that we just stayed in . But i would never stay here again!

I needed a reasonably priced room right in Coral Gables. This hotel fit the bill. You are just steps away from miracle mile

It was ok. The hall smelled terrible for the duration of the trip and the shower tub was dirty.

ADD $20 TO YOUR STAY FOR PARKING

this was not a great experience, on top of the cost of the room you have to pay $20 for parking, kinda ridiculous if you ask me. the tv is sitting on top of the dresser which is lower than the bed so you couldn't watch tv without having to strain your neck looking down. there were no plastic cups for water anywhere in the room.
