The facilities were run down and dirty. The rooms were dirty with fresh chewed gum on the windowsill, body hair and dirt in the showers, splatters of unidentifiable substances on the walls, etc. My family and I did not feel comfortable even showering there. Wewanted to cancel our second night due to these conditions. The property told us we had to leave immediately even though it was hours before checkout if we wanted to get money back for the next night.

People at front desk not trained ver well in customer service. Call the manager and they will take care of you. Ask for coffee machine. They lock the room for coffee on the weekends. Complained about weed smell but they didn’t do anything about it. Great location. Very clean. Quiet. Parking lot. Security guard at night. Breakfast stuff always ran out.

People do not pick up after their dogs in the area. There is also trash everywhere on the streets in that area

There was no one at the front desk at check in. We stood there for 20 mins, when a lady showed up carrying food and on her cell, walked by and didn't apologize for making us wait. When she finally started our check in the phone rang and she satrted taking care of them on the phone, making us wait again. A simple apology as she walked in and maybe a smile during taking care of us would have made me ignore her bad customer service.

Hotel was clean and nice in a good part of town. The breakfast left much to be desired. There was only a couple of muffins, yogurts, and granola bars. Nothing else. I would stay again but the hotel should not say they offer breakfast.

The good: The staff is nice and kind. The room is spacious and is clean. And the matresses are comfortable. It's quiet. The air conditioning works well although is a little loud but I like the white noise so it was not a problem to us. The sheets were clean. The no so good: They should think about updating the facilites in general. The have to change or get rid of the hallway carpet because it does smell. They need to stick more toiletries specially shampoo. I think they should have an Ice Machine because the ice trays are not enough. They should have more options for the grab and go place. The shower should improve pressure. For a night or 2 is good. More than that, only of they improve it.

This is a long-stay facility, and I would not recommend for a one or two night visit. There is a kitchenette with fridge, stove, sink but NO DISHES OR UTENSILS - no coffee maker in the room, only two disposable cups, one small tube of shampoo for two of us to share. There is nothing welcoming about the lobby, although the staff, once you catch their attention, is very friendly. For the price ($200/night) we found it lacking in ambiance and amenities. The room was clean, but reminded me of a nice motel rather than a hotel. Would consider another visit if I planned to stay several weeks and qualified for a long stay discount.
