"Marriot" brands are always good!

Pros: I like it clean, comfort and safe about this hotel.
"Marriot" brands are always great! I will check-in for my next trip if I come to Miami!

while checking in the hotel asked for $20 incidental however after swiping my card said it was declined, showed them my available balance and showed the clerk there was an $80 pending charge they swiped my card again and it said denied showed them a second $80 pending charge on my CC..called credit card company they gave the front desk the auth code and they still denied me from checking in without giving them more money....awful experience

not sure I would stay here again

Cons: the room looked shabby, there were bits on the carpet, and the bed linen didn't look fresh.
I needed a place to stay overnight in Miami, alway stayed before at the Marriott next door, thought i would try this place for a change. Think i will revert back to the tried and tested.

Wonderful hotel, convenient location

Pros: Room was very comfortable. Bed and pillows great. Two TVs in suite. Very courteous staff!
Location: Airport, close to Gables and Restaurants easy access to highways
Hotel is centrally located. Staff is very courteous. Great continental breakfast. Superfast Wi-Fi.

Great stay, for a short time.

Pros: Friendly service, pleasant greetings, the location and pricing was above expectation.
Cons: Ensure each room has a microwave..no matter the pricing.
Location: Due to weather conditions and our short stay, we weren't able to enjoy any other property.
Excellent service all around....the breakfast was most delicious and inviting. The room was spacious, clean and with the exception of not having a microwave in the room....very inviting. Would like to revisit this property in the future and possibly enjoy more of it's amenities.

Stayed one night before a cruise and had an excellent experience. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Very happy we chose this hotel!

Nice hotel with all the necesarry ammenities for short non vacational travel near lots of places, airport is just a few minutes away; staff makes the stay even better

Close to airport, Coral Gables Miracle mile

The staff was fabulous. Rooms spacious and comfortable. I only had 1.5 problems. The A/C was down to 60, but I woke up during the night because I was sweating. There were a couple hairs in the sink. Breakfast was nice as the hotel was.
