while checking in the hotel asked for $20 incidental however after swiping my card said it was declined, showed them my available balance and showed the clerk there was an $80 pending charge they swiped my card again and it said denied showed them a second $80 pending charge on my CC..called credit card company they gave the front desk the auth code and they still denied me from checking in without giving them more money....awful experience
