Terrible sofa bed and moldy

I reserved one room with 1 king bed and sofa bed for my family, 2 adults and 2 children. However, we couldn't use sofa bed, because it was very terrible. The replacement was also terrible. It was dirty and very old. Nobody couldn't sleep over there. The bed springs stick out. I wasted more than 3 hours, but this hotel couldn't solve the problem. Because they didn't have extra beds and the sofa beds they had were same. In the end, we, four people should sleep on one king bed. The next morning, this hotel made a refund for the second night, not first night, and we should find another hotel.
Moreover, the room smelt moldy.
