Excelent hotel!

I love the hotel is mu third time staying there but this last time I have a problem with the bathroom flush and nobody care about it

Old saying you get what you pay for.

Reserved king bed got 2 Queens. Called cab free shuttle never connected couldn't understand person at hotel on telephone that's why we didn't get shuttle

We got early checkin which is a huge plus

Quite happy with early checkin to room . It was very comfortable - service from front desk was excellent on feb 4. I am waiting to see if they charged me $20 and why as I had no parking or addtl charges

Great Hotel

The hotel was close to the airport. They allowed us to check in earlier than stated which was appreciated since we had flown all through the night. Loved the Dolphin shuttle and the shuttle bus to the airport. Enjoyable stay.

Close to airport and local stores and restaurants

Pros: Location and offered buffet snack breakfast
Cons: Nothing really comes to mind
Location: Location for Dolphin Mall not bad - if you are there early and have time. Local restaurants nearby and especially the airport...
Happy with my choice. Chose it for location over total comfort...

Terrible sofa bed and moldy

Pros: spacious room
Cons: The female manager and male staff was kind. But the other staff was not responsible and kind.
I reserved one room with 1 king bed and sofa bed for my family, 2 adults and 2 children. However, we couldn't use sofa bed, because it was very terrible. The replacement was also terrible. It was dirty and very old. Nobody couldn't sleep over there. The bed springs stick out. I wasted more than 3 hours, but this hotel couldn't solve the problem. Because they didn't have extra beds and the sofa beds they had were same. In the end, we, four people should sleep on one king bed. The next morning, this hotel made a refund for the second night, not first night, and we should find another hotel. Moreover, the room smelt moldy.

DISGUSTING

Had another hotel been available we would not have stayed here. It was absolutely disgusting with terrible staff.

We got in late, slept there one night and left, so I don't really have much of an impression either way. The staff were friendly and got us the room we needed, so I was happy with the experience.

We only were there 8 hrs breakfast was not that great. It was crowded not enough space to eat
