Amazing

Hotel staff, and the restaurants are beyond words. Scarpetta is an absolute must ! Certainly check to see who or what is playing at the Club on site (Liv) .... That will certainly influence the type of clientele at the facility.

Pros: Everything.
Cons: ??
Location: Didn't have time to tour. Everything you need is on site.
I cannot rate this hotel any higher. The service and comfort was exceptional. I will be going there again. Highly recommended. Treat you like a celebrity.

Perfect as usual.

We arrived and were greeted as is always the case. No pressure sell on valet or luggage. Check in was great with an upgrade to a better room. Pool staff was always kind, quick, and personal. Food was very good, center bar is a great place to start the night, and the gym was adequate for my needs. Just a great place for 3-4 days of get-a-way!

Family trip

Cons: Coffe pots in rooms and a frig
Hotel is large - 4 towers Pool was packed and seats limited. Everything is an upsell- cabanas, umbrellas, premium spots There are no coffe pots in room or a frig you can use! The restaurants are great but extremely expensive and not for kids or large parties This hotel is far from south beach and Lincoln rd. Cabs are expensive This is a Hotel you visit for a night or two

Expensive but worth it if you have the $

Posted Aug 28, 2015
Location: We did the Big Bus Tour (1 day). I think we picked a day all the good guides were off but overall I can see where it would be great.
Beautiful hotel, very clean, staff for the most part lovely. Pools are great. Beach so-so, it's not the Caribbean. Security pretty tight, must show room card to enter pool area. Some servers get a tude if you aren't ordering, which brings me to the negative---super expensive! Like ridiculously expensive. $30 breakfast buffet, really? (It was good though :)) Refrig has all kinds of stuff in that if you touch a sensor goes off and you are charged. If you have kids beware. The goodies on top are also on a sensor. You do not need to spend $9 for M&Ms, walk to Walgreens--right over the bridge. The hotel itself is a little from from South Beach ($15 cab ride) but if that scene isn't your thing going once to see it is enough. There are a lot more restaurants there though. It's a beautiful hotel that is worth a stay if you get a deal (I did) and want to just relax.
