DON'T VISIT THIS PLACE EVER! HELL IS BETTER

Don’t ever stay here! Even if you think it’s a good price, don’t ever book a room here! It’s not cheaper, beause it’s so disgusting to live there, that you need to buy a new hotel! The staff is so rude and deceitful, they say they have 24/7 service, which is a lie. They say there is staff at the “hotel” between 15-24, but that is a lie too. If you need help with anything, they are not there! It’s smells like there is a dead body somewhere. The room is dirty and we needed switch room because the bed was so hard and the dirt was almost alive. After a few days we found roaches all over our room and decided that we couldn’t stay here anymore. Just DON’T come here, it doesn’t look anything like the pictures! The staff will not help you, and the day we would check out and was on our way to get the rest of our stuff (we lived at another hotel at night because there were roaches everywhere, it was not human to live there, and we could not get in touch with the staff). When we came the cleaning lady was in our room, almost threw our stuff, like clothes, electronic and soaps, out like it was trash! And we even had ‘do not disturb’ on our door, and at that point we had not even told them that we were going to check out! THIS PLACE IS WORSE THAN HELL, STAY AWAY. Read the bad comments, they are the truth!

We regret your experience. Our office hours are from 11 am to 12 midnight, and we have housekeeping staff on site from 9 am to 5 pm; nowhere on our site is it indicated that we have 24-hour service. All of our rooms are carefully maintained and meticulously cleaned after each guest stay. Our linens and towels are professionally laundered, and we have monthly pest control service of all rooms and common areas. Most of our guests find our bedding comfortable, but because people have different sleeping preferences, it is impossible to please everyone. Had you informed us of your difficulty, we could have tried to relocate you to a different room with a bed that was more to your liking, as the mattresses are different in many of the rooms. We can be reached for assistance in our office or by phone from 11 am to 12 midnight, and also by e-mail; our contact information is listed in an infographic poster prominently displayed in every apartment. Please note that check-out at Fortuna House is by 11 am; while we do try to offer flexibility for up to an additional hour when possible, leaving in the morning of your departure day and failing to vacate the apartment several hours after check-out time will result in our housekeeping staff having to pack your belongings on your behalf, as we need to be able to clean the rooms before our next guests arrive.
