I was just enjoying the view of Miami's Biscayne Bay from the beautiful Vizcaya Museum & Gardens when this colorful character came sauntering onto the scene as if he owned the place.

When we leave this port, the captain of the cruise line follows in a captain's boat while the ports captain takes the ship out of port.
