The hotel itself is nice, and the pool is great too but the service isn't as good. We stayed at the kaskades suite and we weren't that satisfied with our stay. We arrived at 3pm and had to wait 2 hrs to get our room finally... at 5 pm! The room wasn't 100% clean, and room service wasn't that great (I ordered a bottle of water never got it) !

Great location...

The hotel is located close to the beach and Lincoln for shopping. It is a small and clean boutique hotel with character. Room we stayed in was small on the third floor. There is a night club on the 4th floor and we could hear the music and base until 3-4am which made it difficult to sleep. Staff were friendly.

great location and superb comfort

Pros: the pool, great rooms, great décor and perfect location
Cons: the bathroom would have been good to have a door on it, was open to the room and entry
Location: location nearby to restaurants, beach, bars, shopping and dining

Pros: Läget var riktigt bra med hotellet, och det var härligt att man kunde träna i gymmet gratis och åka med deras shuttle helt gratis mellan första och 44:e gatan.
Cons: Det sämsta var att Expedia skrev att alla avgifter ingick innan vi betalat, men när vi väl kom dit framgick det att det var en obligatorisk resortavgift på 25 dollar per rum och natt. Det gjorde att hotellet blev mycket dyrare och därför hade vi inte tagit det om vi vetat totala avgiften först. Trots dyrt pris ingick ingen frukost - stort minus!
Location: Gale ligger nära det mesta - stranden, restauranger och shopping (gågatan Lincoln Road).

Ladies weekend in Miami

This hotel is in the heart of South Beach. Everything is in walking distance. It also offers free transportation around town. It's not suitable for more than 2 people. The room is extremely small. If you don't plan on spending alot of time in the room this is the place for yoy. There is a jazz set that plays on weekends & resort fees include chairs along the beach.

Excelente sorpresa

Location: Caminando a Lincon Road y sus restaurantes y tiendas , caminando y con agradable club de playa
Muy buena ubicación , muy buena cocina y decoración general y de habitaciones . Solo faltan espacios para guardar equipaje y ropa.

Cons: The bedrooms need more lighting.
Location: Did not really care for the location to be honest.
The hotel was nice but the rooms were very dark, not enough lighting. In addition, guests should be told up front about the lack of parking facility on premises and they should also be told about the $40 per day charge for the valet service.

The Gale Had Its Ups and Downs

Pros: I definitely commend the cleanliness of the room. The beds were plush and very comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony. It was very quite, nice for relaxing.
Cons: However, the car valet cost is ridiculous, very expensive for 24 hours...$40, plus a tip. Also, I did not like that we stayed in a building across the street from The Gale, I was not expecting this for the cost. The staff are not very friendly and could be a bit more attentive and excited to welcome their guests. Also, I did not like that the shower/bath area was see-through glass, especially since we were a family. However, the maintenance crew were quick to put up a shower curtain.
Location: The location had close access to the beach. If you can enjoy breakfast at The Raleigh Hotel across the street...it's marvelous!

The Kaskade's, which is the building you are referring to, is our newer, more modern,larger-in-size and more premium room product that offers guests added in room amenities than the rooms in the Gale; we do, however, apologize if you preferred to be in the Gale building.
