Cons: Cant think of a thing
Location: just used the hotel as a stopover due to late night arrival so did not explore nearby, we managed to visit south beach, easy access to highway
great welcome, late arrival so we were given free later checkout time. lovely free hot breakfast. everything clean and spacious in room and free parking

I would never recommend this hotel very very poor services rooms were dirty dusty from construction not nice humid it was either cold or humid would never recommend would never go back

Pros: Quiet and calm ( which is rare for an airport hotel)
Location: Several restaurants within walking distance , hairdressers , beautician, petrol station .Dolphin Mall within 6 miles with shuttle bus.
Staff attitude is excellent - very accommodating when we arrived at 1030 am.Permitted us to keep room on until 1pm at no extra cost .Swimming pool and airport shuttle a bonus .Several restaurants within walking distance along with a petrol station which is well stocked with food/wine/drinks etc.Best nights sleep ever in an airport hotel- very quiet.

Have stayed in many of Hampton inn in the past this one was just dingy. The staff was very nice and very polite, kind, and respectful. (Only bonus of the hotel). However if it weren't for the staff his hotel would get an overal 1/ 10 scale. The barhtubs were dirty, there was the prior guests trash in our garbage can, we killed 3 long caterpillar like bugs in room. Plus, the fire ants all over the pool area, along with the poor condition of the pool ( last time it looked like it was cleaned would have been about a month ago) made it impossible to enjoy the outdoor space. the breakfast while free was extent cold and undercooked. Save your money and book another hotel, quality gave Hampton Inn a bad name.

The hotel is under construction and some floors are a disaster. The staff is very rude, they force you to accept their mistakes. The cigarette smoke stench can be felt all around, from the lobby to the rooms. I think this is not a good representation for the Hampton family.

Llegamos a las 11 pm y no hay ningún tipo de restaurante o servicio a cuarto de comida . Para las personas como nosotros que solo lo utilizamos para dormir es poco funcional
