Pros: Fitness room, breakfast buffet, room,friendliness of staff
Cons: Free Wifi didn't work initially. One if the staff eventually got it working. But at checkout I had been charged$4.95 per day. Was fixed at checkout.
Nice place. Would go back again. Staff was responsive to needs and request.

Mini Vacation Stay

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast options was plentiful. Overall hotel exceeded expectations.

Nice Pre-Cruise Hotel

Pros: Location, price and staff.
Cons: Nothing at this time.
Location: There was a strip mall next door, restaurants within walking distance and the hotel was not far from the airport or the port of Miami.
The hotel offered a complimentary airport shuttle and a shuttle for a fee was available to take us to the Port of Miami. The staff were friendly and professional. The hotel room was clean, spacious and the bathroom was well stocked. I didn't need to request anything. There was a complimentary hot buffet breakfast which had the best hotel eggs I've ever tasted on a buffet. There were restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Awesome Hotel

From the beginning to the end of my stay the staff was Great! The room was so comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

There's a but

Nice hotel,clean,comfortable... But if you say you have airport transfers every hour then you should ensure that is so. Also should have a better variety in breakfast choices. Not all tourists eat ham in everything.....

Pros: The staff
Cons: It was challenging trying to get a luggage cart.
My overall experience was great. Friendly staff, great breakfast selection and clean rooms.
