Whilst it was a pleasure to have you as our guests at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Blue Lagoon , we are sorry to hear that you had not enjoyed your stay on this occasion and do apologize for the disturbance experienced.Although our utmost have been done to contain noise disturbance to a minimum, there is never a good time to carry out refurbishment and as you can appreciate, it is to ensure that we continue to deliver high quality products, standards and facilities to our guests.Once again, our apologies for the disappointment caused and we do hope to welcome you back in the future to our new look and enhanced facilities.

Thank you for your review. We are so sorry you waited some time and that no one answered your call. That is not our normal. The shuttle does leave the hotel on the hour every hour from 5am to 11pm. We hope you visit us again.

Good morning Gio. Sorry our hotel did not meet your expectations, we recently renovated in 2020 all our rooms, common areas, and exterior. We also have a grocery store, shopping, pharmacy and several food options just steps outside our door. Hopefully you give us another opportunity. Have a wonderful day.
