Was disappointed that the free shuttle service was very limited. Convenient location, but transport to shopping locations very restrictive.

Dolphin Shopping Trip 2016

Pros: The rooms were clean, and maintained daily. The morning breakfast was excellent. Hourly Shuttle is perfect
Cons: Evacuation Proceedure
Location: Shopping, Shopping, Shopping! The Miami to the Max! & Boat tour was great. I recommend that to anyone visiting.
Our stay at Hampton Inn Suites at Dolphin was wonderful. The staff members were pleasant and helpful. The hourly Shuttle is wonderful and I consider it one of the perks on this location. The drivers were friendly and helpful by recommending great locations and stores from shopping, us being from the Caribbean. Unfortunately the building alarm went off, and sad to say, an evacuation procedure appeared to be missing, and not upheld. An official muster point was not identified, no staff member communicated with guests during the scenario. That was the only concerning thing during our stay.

Awesome Stay would recommend this hotel to all.From the time we got there it was smiles and friendly service. Rooms:comfy and cosy also clean. House keeping came everyday. Shuttle service was excellent at one point of time we miss the shuttle well that happened twice and when we call they were more than happy to come back and collect us. Breakfast was good.

Nice for the price

Checkin was smooth. Of course, not everyone at the front spoke English. The entrance and lobby were nice and well maintained. Breakfast choices were good. Once I got on the elevator, I could see where maintenance was lacking. Elevator doors were rusting, and hall carpets were faded. Bathtub did not drain well, but staff seemed to indicate they would get on it right away. Rooms were nice and clean, AC worked very well. Would stay there again.

Good hotel right off the highway

The hotel room was clean and front desk were very attentive. One negative thing, the safe was not working at all, and I had to call twice the front desk in order to get their attention. They finally sent somebody to.try to fix the problem, the safe could not be repaired. And even worse the safe was not even bolted to the floor. I suggested to the maintenance person to replace the safe with another one, but he refused. So my wife and I had no choice but to carry all personal valuables all around town.

Close to Dolphin Mall & Near Airport

Pros: Free shuttle to Dolphin and International Malls, as well as Walmart.
Cons: In need of new mattress.
Location: Free shuttle to Dolphin and Internaional Malls, as well as Walmart.
Good stop after a cruise vacation, should you want to shop. Hotel is in a business area, but the free hotel shuttle provides great service to malls.

Great location and good value

Pros: Service by the staff
Cons: Two of the four exercise equipment pieces did not function. I brought it to the attention of the front desk but after 3 more days they remained broken
Location: Dolphin mall
Very good stay from the accommodating front desk clerk who gave us rooms next to each other to Anna, the friendly bartender.
