Located in secluded area but handy for MIA

Pros: The rooms were very spacious and the bed was one of the comfiest I'd slept in for a long time
Cons: The current issue concerning access to the balcony could be made know to guests wishing to book a room with balcony at this hotel.
Location: The hotel is located at the end of a quiet road. The 94th Aero Squadron Restaurant is a short drive away and affords good views of the airport.
When booking this hotel, I paid a little extra per night (4 nights) to have a balcony. Upon arrival, I discovered that the balcony door had been screwed shut. This was the case for all balcony rooms, and was apparently due to an infestation of gnats from the nearby lagoon. When I queried this, against what I paid when booking, I had a slight reduction made to my food bill. It would have been good to know this issue existed at the time of booking. Other than that, the hotel was clean, comfortable and the facilities very good.

Pros: Encontrar un personal atento y poder descansar despues de un viaje, bebiendo té en la habitacion.
Cons: Poner en el cuarto de baño, un poco de algodon para quitarse el maquillaje... Gracias !
Estancia muy agradadable, descansando al espera de un conecting flight !

Pros: What a wonderful surprise to enter our room and see it was anything like the regular shoe box offerings at other airport hotels.
Cons: As far as the room itself goes...not much. However, the lobby (which is cathedral-like in size) and could have the AC turned up at least 10 degrees
After almost one month in Europe, this was a great place to spend our first night back.

Cons: Replace the unfriendly staff
This hotel has unfriendly staff at the front desk. Lots of attitude and lack of customer service. I went 3 times downstairs to get the wifi working, and they were not happy to help me. Also, I had to make a long line to check-in, since nobody wants to speak Spanish and help me with my limited English.

Pros: Everything was very nice
Cons: Explanation how to access the internet for free. A password was given, but it seem that the guest might need to pay for access to the internet.
Location: Did not get a chance to enjoy
Our stay was for one night, but the room was very clean and spacious The Hotel surrounding very classic. The Hotel was enjoyable and the view in my window excellent. Comfortable and enjoyable.

bad hotel at the airport

Pros: the refurbished rooms
Cons: Personnel all are basically non performers
Location: greta one because it is really close by , not a lot nearby , but when you book an airport hotel you know that
The operator did not pick up the phone till the third or 4th tome and it was for a wake up call, the room was not cleaned at 5.30 pm, unacceptable, the key to exit did not work properly so had to go back to the reception to get another card,
