Hotel bem localizado e limpo

Location: Perto do aeroporto e de farmácias, restaurantes e mercados
Tudo muito bom, a não ser a falta de wifi grátis. O quarto é muito confortável, o banheiro espaçoso e limpo.

Pros: I was able to move go to different thing nearby from the hotel

Pros: Friendly cleaning and room service delivery staff
Cons: Everything else.
Location: Pretty isolated but conveniently close to airport. Nothing to do nearby.
ordered room service four times. Not a single time did I get them in my first try. Every time they were asking my room number even though I presume they should have system to tell them so. When I arrived at 6-7pm no one was at the front to help with luggage. Extended my stay due to a change in plans and asked whether keys needed to be reprogrammed but the lady at the front said no. Had to come down again as she was wrong. Didn't bother apologise, in fact ignored me. The other staff dealing with it didn't bother to apologise either. Cleaning staff are good and very friendly. Food overall is below par and breakfast is best not taken at the hotel. Bathroom too small and poorly designed. Once asked for matches and operator said sending them up but they never arrived (didn't bother calling back). Mini bar has Pringles and everything in the freezer - first time experience with chilled chips/ crisps.. If you can then avoid. Hotel very dated. Found flyers for pizzas when I entered the room the first time... Nice touch (not!).

Al día siguiente tenía que tomar mi crucero y tomar el traslado precisamente desde el aeropuerto al muelle, me quedó muy bien y no gasté más.

Overnight Stop

Pros: Room, Restaurant
Cons: Room service was not good
Location: Very close to the cruise ports
We used this hotel as a stopping point for a 7 day cruise out of Miami. Check In was very smooth, hotel facilities were very good and the room was nice. Room service left little to be desired. My advice, plan to walk down to the ground floor for all food and beverages.

MUY BUENA UBICACIÓN, INSTALACIONES DE PRIMERA

Pros: Las habitaciones amplias y las instalaciones modernas y con buen mantenimiento
Cons: El servicio de traslado al aeropuerto debería ser 24 horas
Location: Muy cerca del Dolphin Mall
Hotel cercano al aeropuerto de Miami pero también a lugares de interés como el outlet Dolphin Mall.

MUY BUENA UBICACIÓN, LUJOSO CON TODOS LOS SERVICIO

Pros: Las instalaciones, los alimentos y la atención del personal
Cons: Que amplíen el servicio de traslado del/al aeropuerto para que sea 24 horas
Location: Es muy cercano al aeropuerto de Miami y cuenta con servicio gratuito de traslado del y hacia el aeropuerto.
Un muy buen hotel Hilton con muy buenas habitaciones completamente equipadas destacando una caja de seguridad de muy buen tamaño, suficiente para guardar una laptop.
