I just found the restaurant too expensive. The shuttle service to airport was great! I would stay there again

Location: Airport...
Just because overnight with early AM flight. However, I would stay here again just for fun and love cation. My room services de dinner was delicious!

Recent BAD Experience

We recently stayed at this facility via Expedia. They did not give us the type of room we had booked and prepaid for (Suite with a balcony) and they would not change our room nor give us an adjustment when we brought it to their attention. They were rude and not interested in what our situation / concern was and they tried to charge us a 2nd time. The hotel was not very clean and the rooms need to be updated. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Location: Perto do aeroporto e de farmácias, restaurantes e mercados
Tudo muito bom, a não ser a falta de wifi grátis. O quarto é muito confortável, o banheiro espaçoso e limpo.

Excelentes instalaciones. Disfrutamos mucho la habitación, el fitness centre, el restaurante. Maravillosa atención de todo el staff.

No service from operators or front desk or bellman

Pros: Friendly cleaning and room service delivery staff
Cons: Everything else.
Location: Pretty isolated but conveniently close to airport. Nothing to do nearby.
ordered room service four times. Not a single time did I get them in my first try. Every time they were asking my room number even though I presume they should have system to tell them so. When I arrived at 6-7pm no one was at the front to help with luggage. Extended my stay due to a change in plans and asked whether keys needed to be reprogrammed but the lady at the front said no. Had to come down again as she was wrong. Didn't bother apologise, in fact ignored me. The other staff dealing with it didn't bother to apologise either. Cleaning staff are good and very friendly. Food overall is below par and breakfast is best not taken at the hotel. Bathroom too small and poorly designed. Once asked for matches and operator said sending them up but they never arrived (didn't bother calling back). Mini bar has Pringles and everything in the freezer - first time experience with chilled chips/ crisps.. If you can then avoid. Hotel very dated. Found flyers for pizzas when I entered the room the first time... Nice touch (not!).

Al día siguiente tenía que tomar mi crucero y tomar el traslado precisamente desde el aeropuerto al muelle, me quedó muy bien y no gasté más.
