It could have been better.

Safe location with secure parking at night. We got a handicap accessible room because that is what was available since we checked in early. What this meant was that the shower was just the shower head and the bottom was just the floor with the drain in it. The drain did not work properly and would flood the entire bathroom floor by the end of the shower. Housekeeping staff did not come to clean the room until 4:30pm, which is when we were back in the hotel resting up. They insulted my boyfriend in Spanish, not realizing he could speak it. The next day, they decided to come clean the room at 10am even though we were checking out that day and we were getting ready to leave but checkout wasn't until 11am, so they were very inconsistent. Our room was located near the rear entrance, which was supposed to only open with keycard but the mechanism was broken so anyone could get in. During the night and early morning, that door would open and slam closed numerous times, waking us up. I have stayed at Holiday Inns before and thought this was a good pick, but would not stay at this location again.
