Great place to lay your head

Pros: Free breakfast
Hotel was in the middle of a rennovation so there was a bit of construction going on but nothing that was an inconvenience. The free breakfast is very elaborate and was a great treat in the morning. Not the highest quality (think cruise ship food) but something for everyone. Rooms were clean and modern. Staff was polite and helpful. Close to the airport and some great places to eat.

Nice hotel but under going renovations

Horrible

I have been to Miami 4 times in two years. This hotel was my worse experience. I have a lot to say and 50 words is not enough. I stayed there on night, and The next morning I caught the shuttle to the airport to stay in another hotel. I'm a nurse, and I'm about service, integrity, care, and concern. There is one clerk at the other hotel where we had to go swim that was great!

Pros: nothing.
Cons: let people know when you do such a big renovation like that,i coud l have choose another holiday inn express in the area.
Location: good.
this hotel was under mayor renovation,that is something,they should let people know at a ,time of booking,only one person at a front desk on a Friday knight,poor girl she was going crazy between phones,people walking in and people already waiting,furniture in rooms very old,very disappointing,i wish I could give a better review.

Hotel under construction!

I was very dissapointed because the hotel was under renovation. The pool was closed and I had very noise neighboors. Unable to have a good sleep. On the other hand, the staff was very nice.

Not pleasant

The carpet were stinking. Our room on ground level with no proper curtains to cover. The only good part is breakfast but that also they close early

El hotel esta a en remodelacion, deberian de poner esto en Expedia para que uno decida si quiere ir a hospedarse en el hotel bajo esas condiciones

Adequate

Entrance area was under construction, but passable. Halls and rooms are dated and in need of some modernization. Front desk staff was very friendly. Free breakfast was actually pretty good. Wake up call never happened and we heard another complain of same.Overall good, but short of very good.
