Front desk clerk was really nice. The manager on duty was rude, lacked of empathy and careless on resolving customer issues and concern. I reserved a pet friendly room, when I arrived, late night check in, was told that no pets were allowed. I looked and there was a couple of persons with dogs staying at the hotel. I was fortunate to find a nicer Hilton per friendly hotel in a better location. I paid about $20 more but it was way better and the staffs were very professional and nicer. Luckily Expedia was able to refund me back.
