Worst experience of our life! No Wi-Fi, dirty sheets, dirty bathtub, cockroach in the room! When we complained about them to Expedia, they told us you have leave! Would never go back, will tell everyone to stay away! Customer service could not be worse. Instead of apologizing for their dirty rooms they said you have to leave. They could not tolerate us because we complained to Expedia. Called their headquarters twice, they said they will call us back and they never did. Save your money and don’t go there.

This is one of the worst hotel we have ever stayed ( I do like the Holiday Inn We stayed before at other locations) Good: The beds are comfortable and breakfast is not bad. It is located in a pretty convenient location. Bad: (1) the room has strong mold smell despite we let air conditioning running all the time, you can't tell the carpet color. (2) the sofa set is VERY dirty (visible spot on the back and armrest) and smelly--you can smell it when you sit on it. And the sofa is suppose to be a soft bed--- not sleepable at all ( bad mattress quality) (3) peeled pain and loose power outlet, part of the molding missing in the bathroom. (4) Toilet makes loud and sudden sound when flush. We stayed two nights, thought we wanted to switch to other hotel 5 minutes after we stepped into the room ( we can't cancel the hotel)
