More than I expect for the price.

Pros: Friendly and professional staff, very good breakfast, good beds and furniture.
Cons: Carpets, floor, wash carpets, smell some. Wash windows outside can't see (5th level)

Pros: very close to a lot of restaurants

Comfortable

Pros: Space, mattress, mini-kitchenette, it was very comfortable.
Cons: I know it's the going rate for that type of hotel in the area, but dang, if I hadn't had the discount points I'd have had to go elsewhere.
Location: If you are big on breakfast, there is a locally owned Chuck Wagon, and it is great!!! Huge portions, quick service, once you're seated.
We were just there for one night to see a relative. You can tell a big difference between them and some less expensive chains, but I had discount points saved up. It was spacious, and the mattress was so nice!! I forgot to pull the sheets and look up who made it!

Nice hotel for one night stay

Pros: The location
Cons: The beds
Location: Close to Miami Zoo
Nice hotel for one night stay. Good location near Miami Zoo, close to the Highway. Good service and excellent breakfast.Clean rooms and no smoking hotel policy. The only thing that I didn't like were the beds that fills like old ones.

This was a very nice hotel.

Pros: Very comfortable and clean. Liked the practicality of having the vanity and sink separate from the toilet and shower/tub.
Location: Good location. Not far from shopping areas.
Check in and out was quick. The room was spacious with a lovely sitting area. The bathroom appeared to be newly renovated with modern fixtures. Overall very satisfied.

Nice hotel, close to shopping centers.

Cons: Expedia should clearly explain what is not included.
Location: Shoppping, Movies, Tunpike.
Very good, except I was charged $20.00 extra per day which I suppose was for the breakfast, but at check - in the cahrge was not explained to me. I thought it was for incidentals.

Hotel decent, room for improvement

Great staff that are very friendly, but the rooms really could be updated. Our backboard to our bed was ripped. Our dressers had dings and chipped paint. The walls had chipped wallpaper. It wasn't extremely significant, but when you're paying $200 for one night in a hotel, it should be nicer than that. The overall cleanliness was great and the staff were even better!! It's within walking distance from this place called town and country at the palms which has great restaurants and bars with live music and outdoor seating & beautiful scenery!!!

bit pricey

Cons: lower price
Location: close to most things
we found this hotel over priced at 180.00 per night. We think it was high season so that is why they can charge it. It was full. I have had better hotels for the same price. It was a bit old and worn, hidden behind 2 fast food resturants. We think we probably paid that price because it was a suite and realized we didnt really need that. However, our headboard had a big tear in it where a persons head goes and our toilet was leaky. the carpet was very worn and the reception smelled musty. BUT...the staff was amazingly accommodating and always helpful...that was the saving grace at this hotel. We wont book again due to price.

Not so good.

Pros: The location, and it was very clean.
Cons: Beds were so uncomfortable and the area for breakfast is extremely small.
Location: Excellent location. there's a Red Lobster right next to it and a few small outlets.
Beds were uncomfortable. Area for dining/breakfast was terribly small, not enough space area, not enough tables for sitting. Besides that, for breakfast there wasn't much variety and it was exactly the same, everyday.
