disappointing facilities but excellent location

There is one ypung lady and a trainee who make a world of a difference. The toilets in both rooms did not function well. I had to ask for a chair for the bathroom in the acessible room. First i was asked if tge bathroom did not have rails. i had to explain that it was standard internationally. After we said we were going to tell the world on expedia our rooms were reluctanly changed and complementary services offered. its a great location but the philosophy of service needs to be changed. You almost feel as they are doing a favour. room next to elevator noisy. we could not sleep.

I like the Holiday Inn Express Kendall : no frills but convenient and functional. Very basic gym and breakfast buffet. Ample free parking. The afternoon warm cookies are an unexpected bonus

Love it!

Pros: the room being really clean
Cons: nothing at all
Location: great food trucks and just up the street is London Square Plaza that's loaded with restaurants and places to shop if you're from out-of-town.
From checking in to check out, it was a great experience. friendly staff and yummy food. Would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

Nice Hotel, Hell of a Night

Pros: Breakfast, location to family, local food, cleanliness, nice staff.
Cons: Emergency response procedures
Location: Near small airport, no sound issues. Local food spots everywhere.
Hotel was nice. Breakfast was great. Pool is average, kind of small. On our final night, the fire alarm went off around 1am. After getting my family out of the building as fast as possible, we stood outside for 2 hours while the Fire Dept, Police and hotel staff cleared each floor for re-entry. The sprinklers in one of the rooms went off and soaked the entire hallway carpet on our floor. Very little water got into our room, so that was good. The rest of the morning they were running wet vacs and fixing the damaged room causing a lot of noise. Ugh.

Good choice for the area.

Spacious suite with everything you might need to stay any length of time. Breakfast was very good as hotel breakfast goes! All of the food choices for even the pickiest palates.

Reservations

Pros: Great room.
Location: Congested traffic area.
Next time I will make my owns reservations to that I don't end with two reservations on the same evening.
