Great beach access with chairs and towels available for guests. Great for families. The location was perfect, right on the boardwalk. The only downfall was the hotel was pretty dated and not the cleanest. Not terrible, but not the best. The value for the money was great though.

Where do I even start. Staff was pretty unfriendly. Anything I needed was not met. I paid a couple hundred more for an ocean view during my stay had the worst ocean view possible, I saw more of the filthy roof than the ocean. They wouldn’t move me rooms or accommodate me whatsoever. Don’t even bother with the restaurant on site They get auto gratuity so service isn’t even a thing. My bathtub kept clogging the entire time I was there so showers were spent with dirty water filling up the tub. My tv was broken and you couldn’t even see the tv well. Some days they would automatically clean the room and make the beds other days they wouldn’t. There was no jacuzzi. I could go on only good thing was location and beach chairs.

I took a package from expedia which included free parking and paid extra for that. The day i reached there i was ask to pay again for the parking. After talking a lot to the front desk and expedia people the problem was resolved but it wasted my half dat. Ultimately when I came to my home i was again charged 100$ more by the property for the parking. Not sure how unprofessional these people are. The front desk is not at all good special Oven. He is very rude and not suitable to be there at the front desk.

The whole place is dated dirty old falling apart horrible and highly not recommended what a waste of money we were charged $500 Canadian for a hotel that was completely rundown. The pool wasn’t working and was just overall a terrible place.

Great place to stay for couples and families. The beach was easily accessible, clean and beautiful. The staff is definitely a 10. Walking distance from shops and restaurants, if you like to walk. CITI BIKES are also an option, free Miami trolley and buses. Booking excursions and accesing other private transportation is also very easy. Loved the area, loved the stay.

Breakfast female staff especially Tiarne very friendly and engaging. Makes all seemed depressed to be there working. Check in staff took ages with each customer and were not friendly. After a bit of rain the pool was shut for 3 days. Good location on the beach.

Maybe work on the check in process. I came back at 4pm because i was told that was the only time. However I was charged the room that wasn’t available. I got there on Saturday afternoon and after I showered, I almost felt because there was water all over the floor due to a bathtub leak. I tried to make coffee and the coffe maker was broken. I told them and they sent the maintenance man until Monday. I called them again on Monday because I woke up with a noise and it was the light on the front door dripping water inside the room.They sent people on Monday afternoon just less than a day to leave the hotel .The room location was bad. I just was able to see the roof from the fifth floor and barely the palms trees. The stuff was very rude. I went to turn my keys and the man did not even say thank you. I will never stay there. I believe I over paid for it. I hope Expedia is able to give me a discount after this bad experience. I tried to talk to a manager and they kept telling me, they will come later. I had the worse experience.

There was a toenail outside our room door. First came in and smelled like bleach which was nice. Thought there was a continental breakfast and there wasn’t. Either the building is being remodeled or falling apart. Can’t really tell. One and done stay for me here

This place is Clean, comfortable, affordable. Even if it says oceanfront, there is no balcony. I wish breakfast was included in the booking price

Great location, however terribly run down property and improperly maintained. Overpaid due to location and it was definitely not worth it. You can find better value at 5 star hotels.

The hotel is outdated, dirty, the staff is not so friendly. They charge you like a five star hotel and it’s not. The room is also outdated, I had to ask for toilet paper because there wasn’t a replacement
