Nice hotel. Central location. Good to stay.

We have just needed to sleep one night and we had a good experience. Quiet area. We had breakfast in the upstairs restaurant, and the only thing I can tell is that service needs to improve up there. The server came to us when we have already served our plates, so we had to pay for the buffet instead a normal breakfast. Other than that the staff was respectful and we would stay again if needed.

Price included full breakfast, Holiday Inn says I don't have breakfast included. Expedia or the hotel lied about this offer.

Pros: That it was close to Miami International Airport and pricing. Also, they have a mini restaurant that is hope from 4am-2am with Ice-cream
Cons: The Shower should have the door to be fully closed instead of the half glass door
Location: Very close to the airport, I95,826, there is a fast food less than a minute drive depending on street lights. Heard planes but its fine. Baby slept
Staff was very friendly except for one when I was checking out and she didn't want to hold 3 boxes for me that a relative was coming to collect less than 20 minutes of me leaving. He got stuck in traffic and I couldn't wait any longer. Had to go to the airport for an international flight. The lady working that night said it was fine but the one in the morning spoke to the other lady in Spanish assuming that I didn't speak or understand Spanish and made a big deal of it but I kept my mouth. PS: Just because I don't look Spanish doesn't mean that I am not.

Pros: Limo available to go back and forth to the Airport. Room was OK
Cons: Restaurant service and quality of food there
Location: Location is not very good to do anything other than taking a cab to go to Miami. Close to Airport and has a limo.
Reasonable price for what we got. Service at the restaurant was not the best. Room was OK and met our expectations. Noisy due to the continuous take offs and landings.

Clean hotel, close to the airport

Friendly staff, rooms were very clean. House keeping did an excellent job. Buffet breakfast was good. A bit noisy at night because of how close it is to the airport and highway but earplugs were provided by hotel. Free airport shuttle and area shuttle were great.

hugely disappointing

I've traveled to many placed and have stayed in many Holiday Inns, and this property was in the worst condition I've ever experienced with that brand. From beat up, barely serviceable elevators to one broken ice machine in my entire tower to a weak bed mattress to obvious patch worked bathroom. I could go on. The only thing I will say is that the service and people working there were very nice and helpful.

Not living up to Holiday Inn reputation.il

Ziggy was great! Unfortunately, his co-workers Quinton, front desk, and Guillermo, bellhop, no absolutely NOTHING about providing customer service, especially to those disabled. The housekeeping staff need to understand that the Shhh sign means do not disturb. They kept knocking on both my door. This hotel does not provide any breakfast, unless you want to pay 8.50, and that's without tax and gratuity. I didn't check out the pool, but they do have a business center and free Wi-Fi.

excellent service great 24hr shuttle service

Pros: close to airport , great service offered.
Location: casino close by
shuttle driver excellent , great pickup to and from airport, their customer service was exceptional. Parking was a plus.
