Not living up to Holiday Inn reputation.il

Ziggy was great! Unfortunately, his co-workers Quinton, front desk, and Guillermo, bellhop, no absolutely NOTHING about providing customer service, especially to those disabled. The housekeeping staff need to understand that the Shhh sign means do not disturb. They kept knocking on both my door. This hotel does not provide any breakfast, unless you want to pay 8.50, and that's without tax and gratuity. I didn't check out the pool, but they do have a business center and free Wi-Fi.
