Worst plsce I have EVER stayed in ..EVER

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: EVERYTHING from the management, the intererior, and the honesty of the staff.
Location: I was convient to the cruise port.
My husband and I stayed here before going on a cruise. Upon entering the room we heard a lous roaring machine..the room was very hot and humid. The heater was turned on the highest setting and there was an industrial bloower blowing near the window. The rug was wet and they were tyring to dry it. We called the desk and were told to put the blower outside the door and maintanance would be by to get it. Next morning the blower was still outside of our door! The room was outdated, smelld awful we should have been offered another room.. Never again will I stay at a Holiday Inn.

Pros: The room size.
Cons: Nothing
Location: It was close to the airport and cruise pier.
The bed was comfortable. The room temperature was comfortable. The staff was kind and considerate.

Nice hotel by the air port

I checked in late do late plane and the staff was verry nice and helpful room was clean hotel looked good by airport did not take long to get to port of Miami

Nice Hotel and close to the airport.

The hotel seemed a bit worn. I paid a premium for a holiday weekend, certainly more than it was worth. On the bright side everyone who worked there were top of the line, front desk, drivers and maids.

Value for money? Definitely not.

App $150 per night for a dusabled room which was not requested; asked for a room with a view. Asked to change rooms, after 5 days or so, moved to a room with two double beds. Again, not requested. Finally moved for the third time to a room close to what was ordered and paid for in advance. Breakfast? Underwhelming, dinner? Salty and overpriced. Complained and and was offered a slice of cake which I refused.

Wonderful experience and hospitable staff. They had a room available as soon as we got there. Didn't have to wait for check in time.

Not bad if you have rented a car

Pros: The guy who borrowed us the phone at no cost (At the lobby)
Cons: Noise reduction.
Location: There's nothing around... it's in the middle of the highway.
The hotel is old, it's kinda near the airport but far from anything you may want to visit. The A/C is very noisy, the carpet was very dirty, but the overall cleaniness was ok.

Clean room, good service

Pros: Friendly, helpful staff
Cons: only 1 elevator worked, and the buttons didnt work particularly well on it. Bathroom in the room was pretty small

Rude staff at front desk.

We waited for 4.5 hours in the lobby for a room and I had reserved more than a month in advance. There was about 4 families that walked in and got rooms right away. I went to complain and it so happened to be that our room was ready
