Took a while to get the shuttle from the airport. When called, the staff says that the shuttle comes by every 30 minutes but did not state when the 30 mins starts (on the hr and half past, quarter past and quarter to), no information. Same thing when called regarding the shuttle leaving the hotel to the airport. The shuttle leaves every half hour with no further information, even when asked for more. Was told to come down to the lobby to wait. There was no hot water and this was not mentioned at check in, had to call the front desk to get this information. Though booked through a 3rd party, I think that the hotel should try to reach out to customers regarding the incidental fees. Someone travelling on a budget or travelling outside of the US and who does not want to incur additional charges on their card* may pose a challenge. Some may not even have a card that can be used for this transaction. This would be beneficial especially since cash is not accepted for this transaction.
Also to be noted that although I shouted good morning twice at the counter when checking out, I did not see any agent at the desk to have me checked out. I was advised by a gentleman (later realized that he was the shuttle driver) to leave the key on the desk. Not a good way to leave a hotel.
I loved the convenience of the "snack bar" in the lobby upon check in, very convenient. Information regarding restaurant opening hours and cuisine was welcomed. Conveniently located close to the airport!
