Nice Inn

Airport shuttle was prompt with nice driver, Morice. Friendly Inn staff and helpful. Clean room with comfortable beds.

An OK place to spend one night in transit.

Pros: Not much. I booked it because I confirmed that it had a 0500 shuttle. That is good.
Cons: Less grouchy staff
Location: Even the location is not as close to MIA as other major hotels.
I called asking for the location of the shuttle pickup point at MIA but since I was not there yet she refused to tell me anything saying "call back when you are there". In the morning the first shuttle to MIA is 0500 so I was told to meet in the lobby at 0445. OK but the door leading to the rooms was locked until 0600. I was told this was for security. OK, understood for the middle of the night but at 0445 the lobby was full of people so the security issue was, in my opinion, not an issue. One had to lug one's suitcases around the building and to the front entrance. That door should be open 15 minutes before the first shuttle leaves.

Amazing stay

Our stay was amazing, the hotel looks much better then the outside and it's very close to the mall (walking distance). Guest services were very friendly and helpful, fresh detox water available on a regular basis. Breakfast was yummy, gym was small but useful. Our room was much bigger then expected but I love it the only issue I had was we seen two roaches but the front desk took care of it with one phone call

Would Return and Recommend

Pros: Comfortable beds and linens. Helpful staff. Great amenities.
Cons: Our room had some "pills" on the floor close to the bed so obviously the cleaning service missed vacuuming there from the previous guest.
Location: We didn't leave the hotel as we were flying out the next morning so we did not explore the area.
We really enjoyed our stay. It was everything we had hoped and more. Excellent facility, amenities and very helpful and pleasant staff.

Nice hotel

All in everything was good but the shower didn't have a soap holder only the tub ledge. Traffic was bad and at times I felt as if I were in a foreign country.
