We were very disappointed with our stay. The rooms were not clean at all, there was mold growing in the room above the sofa sleeper where two of our children slept (and who both have severe mold allergies) The rooms had an awful smell. The property is close to things to do, that was the only positive about our stay. We will definitely find a different place to stay next time.

One of the Staff persons (Alex) really helped me to arrange a ride for a taxi , this during the Ulra Music Festival, all the steets were blocked around the hotel and plus , in Miami, the language the most spoken is Spanish. So Alex explained to the Taxi driver (2 blocks away from the hotel) all the details , were a wanted to go and even what time i needed the taxi driver to pick me up to bring me back to the hotel. Thanks Alex!

Property has no name on the outside. Lobby is good looking and within walking distance of convenient stores and shops. The rooms are terrible. Dirty rooms and bathrooms. Painted bathtub chipping paint. Moldy caulk. Holiday Inn should be ashamed to have their brand associated with this hotel.

The rooms are very old and outdated. Drains in both bathtub and sink did not drain. Keys repeatedly didn’t work. Bathroom was dirty and carpet was dirty. 1 of the 3 elevators worked but stopped at every floor all the way up to 10. We were on floor 10 and it was always full. We had to carry 4 large suitcases down 10 flights of stairs. When I talked to the front desk here response was, “one of the elevators is working”. Clearly it wasn’t working correctly and they had no idea why there were so many people standing around. We missed our breakfast because of the elevator issue or we would have been late getting on our cruise. The front desk staff had horrible attitudes and didn’t care about any issue.

Location is great. Just wish there wasnt a strong odour in the rooms. The first one they gave us was really strong but the second was better...but still had a smell.

Pretty basic for $400/night. Thin walls. A bit noisy. But it is neat and clean. The location is good. It is directly across the street from a pedestrian area with lots of shops and restaurants.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Can’t beat the location. The building is dated and elevators were slow or one out of service which made for long waits. One elevator was extremely bouncy. Would stay there again if going on a cruise. Would stay again if going on a cruise.

Door lock accessed by electronic key didn’t work, needed to try opening the door with several attempts. All room facilities outdated, looked like 20 ago, not worth staying with this so-called Holiday Inn. No HI / IHG hotel sign mounted on the building, you will think it’s a local but dated hotel in downtown area.

The reason we booked at this hotel was the park across the street. There was limited dining around the hotel. When we checked into the hotel we asked about tranportation and was assured that it would be nor problem. When we checked out we were told that our transportation would be our responsiblity. Luckily we were able to ride to the cruise ship with another couple who agreed to let us share their ride. Unless this hotel adds shuttle service to the cruise ships we will not be staying at this hotel again

The hotel is very old and there's no sign outside so it was a little tricky to find. $55/day for valet parking was a rip off. $22/pp for breakfast--we went to McDonalds one block away. No complimentary water, coffee or tea. Room was clean just very dated. It is a very walkable area however.

How in the world do you have valet and then not have spots for your customers. The valet outside was very rude and didn’t seem to understand anything coming out of my mouth. He handed me a slip of paper for a garage to park in that was closed. I had to drive around figuring out where to park. I then had to walk a long way to the hotel with all of my luggage. I am not happy.

This hotel needs a major facelift. They said the pool was closed for reconstruction, but nothing happening in so far as reconstruction. Our friend had a fridge and coffee maker, we did not. One of the elevators does not work. In the mornings you will wait 20 minutes to get on an elevator. Carpets were not clean and late in the day had to call front desk to get the room cleaned and I all they did was replace the towels. We will not stay there again. Only benefit was location. Paid a high price to stay here and it definitely was not worth it.

I didn't like the price or the placement of parking. I didn't like how they changed my card each time they decided I had to pay something else. Charge everything at one time, no surprises. I won't stay there ever again.

The hotel was okay for a one night stay. I had to change rooms though because the shower handle broke. I ended up leaving a shirt in the previous room and two staff members swore the shirt wasn’t in the room. I ended up going to the room myself and it was there. I felt inconvenienced by those staff members but the trip and stay was fine.

Breakfast was good. Room was dirty with pubic hairs in shower, dirty floors and mirrors. will not stay here again. Breakfast was supposed to be included in price and was not honored. Bad Bad Bad experience

I found a used condom in my room hotel told me it’s nothing they can do. Hotel had a smell staff was not friendly

Cleaning staff really need to have their own elevator. They would jump in front of people waiting for elevator who were leaving to catch their ride for the cruise so you ended up waiting another 10-15 mins hoping to get on elevator. Front desk was nice and helpful. Place could use some upgrades. Carpet coming up in places and you would trip.
