It should be a staff greeting you at the entrance also helping out with you luggage. I did not like the noise coming from the upper floor.I called the front desk they called the upper room that was above noise stopped.next night same thing noise😠

The kitchen has no cooktop, no can opener, no pots. The office will not loan out any cookware. The bed was made in a way that I have never seen before (I am a well travelled person). The thin polyester bed sheets was a turnoff. I have trust Hilton brand hotel, but this one really disappointed.

Arrived late around 1am. Nobody at front desk. Sign posted to call a number that was not in service. Finally walked around to back office to find the one staff member to check us in. Not very welcoming.
