This location was a good one. I visited with family which included two children. The check in process was delayed we was supposed to check in at 3p, we arrived at 2:45p, we could not check in until 4:30p.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Chelsea! It's really cute, clean, aesthetically pleasing, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the staff are all very warm. We would definitely stay here again! The location is super convenient too, and the Cuban restaurant on the first floor is delicious.
