Just A Short Walk Through The Water
Posted Sep 30, 2016
Walking on Coral Gables streets may as well be swimming. The humidity is like the Devil strolling behind you, hose lofting arcing water over your head that he manically heats with dragon's breath just be for it douses you with full on hopelessness. At the point when your clothing is too saturated to make another step, the doors of the Westin open and smack you with a pure shot of frozen. Pneumonia aside, the pink marble lobby is lovely, cool and grand. Confused though you may be, the hotel desk is on floor two, done in white marble. And when you arrive, they've got all kinds of art and cushy sofas and fruity sangria for you! Don't worry about lugging a thing...I didn't. The staff brought it all to my door and parked my car, too! Believe me, I disrobed and hit the showers so quickly (rain heads!) that if my bags had not arrived, the robe and TV would have been just fine.

Thank you so much for your detailed review! We are currently working with an amazing signage company to redo all of our hotel signage to provide our guests with as much hotel directory information as possible. As far as the humidity, the best way we can suggest combating it is to take a swim in our roof top pool and enjoying a refreshing beverage of your choice. There's no way the Devils hot water can get you there. With our hotel being a part of the beautiful historic Rotunda, built in 1926, we were added on in 1988 and in order to not tamper with its historic nature our guest rooms are accessible through a separate elevator. We hope to continue to create more glamorous stays for you anytime your travels bring you to Miami.
