This facility should be shut down and placed under new management. Day time staff had terrible attitudes and cleanliness is not a thought at this establishment. The management has some archaic rule that due to COVID they can't clean the bed sheets everyday, which doesn't make sense because a virus declared pandemic is even more reason to up cleaning measures at a hotel, excuse me, MOTEL. There were gnats constantly coming out of the drains in the bathroom and I had to kill a few roaches throughout my stay. The floors and furniture were dirty and I had to use Lysol wipes that I went and purchased out of my own pocket to have some sense of comfort. When inspecting the bed when I got there there was tons of clumped hair left on the sheets from the previous guest. The toilet was in disarray and had to be flushed multiple times for bodily waste to go down fully. There was no hot water during the second night. Also the elevator wasn't working and it seemed like it hasn't worked in a while and there were no plans to get it up and running anytime soon. The luggage storage smelled like straight urine. And the vending machines had extremely overpriced snacks and drinks. And the resort fees this place charges are a scam and they should make that more transparent prior to booking. Shout out to the night time staff they were very kind and helpful. I do not recommend staying here.
