Its at quiet calm location and stay was quite good. Like the property and staff. The exception we had was with vegetarian food option for lunch and dinner. Understand that it's uncontrollable

The pros: The staff are phenomenal. My room was spacious. The cons: The internet connection at this hotel is terrible. I mean 0/10! As an international traveler who needs access to WiFi away from home, this was unacceptable and extremely frustrating. The shower pressure in our room (618) was so high, it felt more like an assault than a refreshing experience.

I don't like the bed,but the space in the room for 6 people it was great. Great breakfast and coffee. You can walk to eat outside on restaurant near.

The hotel states that cleaning of your room, change of towels will be done on alternate days. You can request a change of that policy. I asked for housekeeping on a daily basis. They agreed to my request. However kept doing it every other day.

I checjrd in on Wednesday and i was asked if i wanted my room cleaned everyday and i said yes. My room was NOT cleaned on Thursday. I called the front desk to ask them to please have the room cleaned. They cleaned on Thursday. The room was NOT cleaned on friday. Very disappointing.

I touched the sink faucet knob and it fell off. Shower handle too tight and would not turn. I was finally able to turn on the water but then it would not turn off. Called front desk and maintenance person had not come in. Ended up checking out and reminded them that water was still running.

Average stay before cruising
We enjoyed our stay before going on a cruise. Some attention to cleaning hallways, rooms, and especially the the bathrooms shower area could be done. We had a room on the 4th floor and it was very quiet considering it was New Year’s Eve our first night nights stay. Breakfast was good and a nice touch was having a Starbucks at the bar in the lobby area.

Over all great hotel. We arrived at 12:30 in the morning after a very long day of flying and check in was a breeze. We even got nice cold water bottles given to us which was so appreciated. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of options and included in price of room. For a family of 5 that helps alot. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staircase could use some tidying and 1 elevator was down while we were there, causing major backup during busy times. Was usually quicker to take stairs. Pool area was gated off and fairly clean. The pool itself could have used a bit of a clean out but thats to be expected of an outdoor pool. Plus it was a chilly/windy day so no one but us were in it. But everything over all was great and would definitely stay again.
