Pros: Ro og fred, service i top. Poolen.
Cons: Næ egentligt ikke.
Location: Ligger 6-7 km fra lufthavnen. Bil eller taxa til Miami havn 10-12 km eller 30 USD.
Shopping, små pubber og restauranter. Ikke så mange seværdigheder.

Exceptional location. Hotel was clean and staff was very accommodating. The only issue is parking, valet only. Although they also were very quick. Parking is a premium in Coral Gables as a whole. I would not hesitate to return.

Cons: Know the times of the kitchen opening and closing cutoffs, Parking attendants even though they are operated by an outside party can be friendlier
Location: Marketplace close by, shopping close by
This is a 3.5 to 4 star (out of 5) hotel at best, bell staff and front desk helpful, I am not sure how their food service and timing of start and finish seemed confusing to the staff when was kitchen cutoff or not. Bar guys are good. Cleaning staff do not put in enough towels out, and water in the room, even the expensive 7 dollar bottle of water is not replaced. Parking staff very unfriendly (they didnt know anything and told me I had to ask front desk if I wanted to know anything) they told me that we did not work directly for the hotel

I love this hotel! The room was spacious, beautiful and comfortable. The staff was friendly and more helpful than any other hotel I can remember. Everyone from the valet to the bartender to the front desk went out of their way to make my experience a good one. If you are in Coral Gables, you should stay here.

From the Valet to cleaning staff! Everything was excellent! My only negative was parking! Expedia did not have $28 chg and if I missed that. It was still too expensive.Love it! Will go back for sure!

Pros: I have been staying at this hotel for business travel for 20+ years. Year over year the staff has been top notch.
Cons: My pet peeve: Clock was not set anywhere close to the correct time.
Consistently high touch and high quality! The hotel is a landmark in Coral Gables. The staff is A+ as is the food. Even room service was a dining experience.

I was very impressed with my stay at this location. All of the staff members were very friendly and had great information about the areas nearby. The rooms were very clean and ready to go. I also enjoyed the new fitness center, very clean and has a variety of equipment to workout. Would Reccomend this location to anyone.

Pros: Spacious rooms nice hotel
Location: Coral Gable location, if going to Miami beach it is bit too far from Miami beach.
I was there for 3 nights, Nice spacious room I like the hotel, nice pool and spa.
