Hotel not clean, poor service.

the night I arrived to the room i had to go down to report the room key did not open the doors and they seem no to believe until the bellman arrived. then after 20 min security arrived with a new key and start my nightmare the sheets were dirty, even the bedspreads were dirty with some red stains. I requested to be changed and again wait for 40 min to be ready to rest. never received a call from the management to apologize at least but it seems this is the standard to deliver dirty rooms to customers. I fill the real time feed back and none one care. next morning buying a sandwich to go out , had to wait 30 min just because I ask if they can warm it. really poor service. I decided to eat somewhere else during my entire stay.
