The hotel room assigned was not mapped out nicely because if you did not leave a light on in your room when you returned to your room at night the room was pitch black and no light switch is by the door. You have to walk across the room and find the light. Also, being a front room the traffic noise with car horns and bikes seem racing heard all night.

The hotel was great and the staff was very friendly and professional…only problem was someone ordered breakfast and changed it to my room 923…we didn’t know until we checked out…the front desk took care of charge… other than that the stay was great!

Customer service was great. Reception area is very spacious with lots of seating. Only thing the restaurant food could use a refresher. Food was pretty bland with not much flavor. Housekeeping was also great. Would stay here again for sure.

Lobby was beautiful and always very busy. Rooms and restaurant were very clean. Food was great. The bar area was nicely done. I cant remember his name but he worked 7/18 and 7/20, he was the BEST!!!

All areas other than lobby need renovation. Being Hyatt in downtown Miami, I’d think it should be a flagship hotel. It was everything but. Nice personal & lobby but once you get into the elevator the age of the building really showed. And no accessible balconies.
