So disappointing

You would think that a big and perfectly located hotel with a prestigious name would be an amazing stay. Not quite. I paid for an upgrade at the hotel to receive a better room which I regret doing because it was deffenitely not worth it. The whole entire hotel is outdated. Horrible horrible horrible pool, small, ugly, outdated. The elevators are also old. The roof and walls of the floor of the gym and pool are disgusting. The bathroom was nasty, really old, and the handle to turn on the shower has to be wiggled to get the water running (I had to call front desk to find that out) the room itself wasn't accommodating. The staff was really nice and the check-out/check-in was pretty quick and easy.

Decent hotel close to South Beach

Pros: The staff is very nice, friendly and welcoming.
Cons: I think the Hyatt should put refrigerators in their rooms
Location: South Beach, Lincoln Road Mall and good places to eat nearby.
The overall experience at the Hyatt was decent. I stayed there once in 2015 and the experience was great. I stayed here this year and I expected the same. but I wasn't 100% satisfied like I was the first time.

Una de las peores experiencias Hyatt que he tenido

El hotel está MUY BIEN ubicado pero mi estancia fue muy mala en cuestión de servicio y de acomodación. Pedí habitación cama King en la reserva, me dieron una de dos camas, pedí el cambio (porque iba con mi esposa), me dijeron que no había problema que ellos se encargaban, cuando regreso, a pesar de haber visto que estaba anotado el cambio, no lo hicieron. Me pidieron disculpas y lo movieron para el siguiente día, finalmente lo hicieron y cuando nos acomodamos en la nueva habitación, el TV no servía, nos volvieron a cambiar con un upgrade, y en la nueva habitación la manija del retrete se despegaba. Usamos Room service... Pedimos 2 cervezas con un balde de hielo, el balde nunca llegó, pedimos 2 platos y cubiertos, solo llegó 1. En fin lamentable. LO BUENO FUE QUE ME QUEJÉ EN EL CHECK OUT Y ME HICIERON UNA CONCEDION EN LA CUENTA! Finalmente el servicio Hyatt del que soy fan salió a la luz.

Perfect hotel right in downtown miami

Hotel right in walking distance to shops, restaurants and bayside. Nice hotel, wonderful views from the rooms, one of the best breakfast buffets I know.

Nice hotel

Pros: The staff is great, always smiling oriented to attend the needs of the client, well prepared in locations near by
Cons: Parking
The staff is very kind and service oriented parking is the only problem they only offer valet parking but it seems that is a condition on most downtown Miami hotels

Great hotel

Pros: The friendly and helpful staff
Cons: Mirror in the room outside the bathroom
Location: The location was great. The hotel had amenities but there were places close by to venture out to.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and clean. I really wish there was a mirror outside of the bathroom as we had 3 women trying to get ready in the morning. Otherwise the short stay we had was very comfortable.

Since we arrived everybody smile and tried to help us in everything! My wife birthday the manager sent me to our room a complementary bottle of champagne and a delicious chocolate dip strawberries! Wow that's the thinks make the customers come back ! Great job

Excelente localizaçao, conforto, hi-fi no quarto

Pros: Pontos positivos Gostei muito do atendimento, da localização, da internet no quarto que era excelente, do tamanho do quarto, da claridade por ter bo
Cons: Nao costumo pagar por receber encomendas nos outros hotéis, mas nesse é cobrada uma taxa de 7 dolares por pacote recebido. Paguei 42 dolares, caro
Location: Excelente localização, mas vou sempre pra comprar produtos pra cabelo e comesticos
Ja fiquei nesse hotel por duas vezes e sempre que voltar a Miami quero me hospedar lá, por ser proximo do Bayside, do comercio, de restaurantes A unica dificuldade é pra se chegar ao Wallmart, não tem nenhum próximo
