We couldn’t get returned phone calls for two weeks in regards to check it and details. Expedia couldn’t even get a hold of them. After numerous attempts by phone and email, I finally got a returned email but very little communication and they wouldn’t even answer our questions in the email. They do not give you check-in details until 15 min before check-in. In that email, it stated the gym was closed due to covid.But we later found out a day before our trip ended that the gym was open the whole time. When we arrived the place looked like it was once a nice place but this condo needs some major TLC and maintenance and better communication by the management company. There were zero wash cloths. We asked for them but we’re never brought in the almost 5 days we were there. The shower head and water pressure in the shower is so strong, it hurts. You will bust your legs and knees trying to get in and out of the shower because the ledge it about 30” tall to step over. The paint is pealing in the ceiling of the shower and looks to be developing mold. There was no skillet in the kitchen to cook with and we found this out after spending $300 on groceries to cook. The bed is an old spring wore out mattress that sinks to the box spring. The place was not cleaned before we arrived, human hairs all over the place. Hand prints all over the walls, Iron leaks hot water on you. There was no iron board. Too much to list on here. This place is a 2.5 star at best. And that only for the location.
