The tv and wifi were out the whole stay-sent numerous requests to have or fixed-no reply the entire stay! Upon arrival the door was locked with a key so the code did not open the door - waited over an hour for building maintenance to unlock door. The $500 deposit was charged as expected, but he entire stay that had been paid through Expedia was charged to our card again-again no response to requests to contact us to correct the charge. Thi was the worst experience we have ever had with an Expedia trip and hoping the deposit is refunded as well as the overcharge but expect to have issues since they never respond to anything! I would recommend that Expedia look into this company running the process for this apartment. Highly recommend not booking this place! Very disappointing, aggravating and time consuming while in Miami!
