Too croweded, elavators not function well , vallet is busy. Rooms are not so clean. The bath is not good for you if u less than 6.2 Beside that was a good property and good view.

I would give this stay 4-5 stars but the inconvenience of everything was just too much. Our keys for the elevator kept getting deactivated causing me to get stuck in the elevator multiple times ( having to go all the way down to the lobby). Also, the front desk was not always open which made for several inconveniences as well (I.e. questions I had, returning keys, parking questions, etc). Not having free room service is mind boggling to me as well. Especially since the rooms are not exactly the cheapest. When going to the “front desk” on 35th floor, there was no sign or anything indicating that was icon residences guest services which made for a few scary first time knocks until I heard someone from the inside say “hello”. Overall, my experience could have been way more “user friendly”. A couple positives I can say is, kudos to the interior designer of the rooms and the view is stunning. Would I be back, probably not!
