The property is beautifully maintained and the scale of spaces delightful. Intimate courtyard and well designed exterior coves make sitting outside at all hours pleasant.
Hotel Management - excellent. Unfortuantely, the manager's leadership has not permeated down to the staff.
Restaurant - horrifically operated with horrid service. Decent food. Nice decor / experience.
Elevator was out of service for 2-days. HOWEVER, the response was professional and the entire staff acknowledged this serious inconvenience and offered a cash voucher, bottle of champagne, and a comped New Years Eve dinner for 2. They made every effort to appologize and restore service.
Good people working here, but more training is essential to improve overall level of service and experience for guests. Ordering an americano in the morning shouldn't be a challenge and unfortuantely it was day after day.
