Great staff, lovely location, healthy supermarket close by and if it’s good enough for a famous tennis player to stay at the hotel during the Miami open, it was certainly good enough for us. Great atmosphere by the pool. Would return again. Ideal for a family of four. Clean and comfortable, spacious room with balcony, thank you to the staff for upgrade.

The staff was very smug the rooms itself are average rust was leaking from the shower light broke shower broke had to beg for housekeeping but hotel was very busy probably all the false hype from tiktok and Guy was nicely rude just to put it!! Unless you looked a certain way, the guests was the best alot of weddings and events going on valet could use help

There are additional fees for every day stay. There is a $300 deposit. Still waiting for the refund. They offer coupon that won’t be accepted when trying to redeem. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

Staff are very attentive and helpful. I had to change rooms as the first room I booked was an adjoining room, and I could clearly hear everything from the room next door, it was too loud. I requested a room change and I got that within minutes. The second room was great, I got the same view and same cost. Only complaints I have are about the first room, it seemed that the room was dusty, and the desk phone was not working. Second room was way better.

Absolutely phenomenal hotel for a true luxury experience! Loved my King size bed with balcony! The restaurant on premise is amazing. I was lucky to have been able to get into my room earlier than check in 4pm because I told staff I had a concert that evening. Super friendly team & I highly recommend coming to this hotel.

No chairs at all at the pool on one of the days of our stay. Day we did find chairs, they were very very much in neeed of renewal. They were old and worn. 411 rooms - fully booked this weekend. you think they'd have nice chairs at the pool. Cost is about $110 per chair.

The property was nice. I booked for a city view which wasn't much but looking out into another hotel but it wasn't too bad. My only complaint is the noise. There was construction taking place. The cars on the highway. The hotel was nice, it was clean, friendly staff, the food is amazing. Close to a few things so didn't have to travel to far for things. All in all I did enjoy my stay and would return again

I never heard about this hotel before, book it by the look of the pictures on Expedia. I am so happy that I made the right choice to stay in this wonderful hotel. It is beautiful and modern, the staff and services are 5 stars for sure, they always ask do you need anything, and they get them to your room fast! Including free bottled water ( I love that, most hotle charge the bottle of water ), The location is perfect, right by the water, rooftop restaurant and pool with an amazing ocean view. The food is delicious ( pricy but just like any other-star hotel, it is not a surprise ), and the waiters are friendly. I am very happy to stay.

We are currently staying in a one bedroom suite. Great location and staff. I am surprised that the room floor is dirty. My white socks turned black in a hurry. The powder room does not have a fan and that’s unacceptable. Hot water for shower wasn’t available all the time. Main sitting area does not have ceiling lights, only 2 table lamps. Hate to be picky but at this price point they should’ve spent some more money when remodeling.
