The price was right, a good breakfast was included and the room was fine. One complaint is the night front desk attendant was unfriendly, unhelpful and spoke so quickly and with such a strong accent it was impossible to understand what she said. Also, be warned: the free shuttle from the airport stops running at 9 pm.

As expected in southern Florida we killed one cockroach in room. The bigger issue for us was that the swimming pool was closed and we couldn’t even get in gate to lay out by pool.

$50 deposit required when checking in, even though the room was already paid in full and I was staying just one night. They would not accept cash, card only. Bedsheets had been used by someone prior - there was makeup on parts of the sheets. Limited shower space as there was a wheelchair accessible seat in the tub. Although it folded up, it was metal and had sharp edges. Otherwise, the room was clean and acceptable for the one night I stayed. McDonald’s and Denny’s are within walking distance and on the same side of the street.

Free transportation was limited which was not clearly advertised ended up paying for transportation to the hotel. Breakfast was provided but the eating area was extremely crowded not being able to seat everyone. Right next to a busy highway but okay for a overnight stay near the airport.

Very nice property, inbetween a McDonalds and Wendys for food, if that isn't somwthing you want theres a plaza beside the Wendys with other options, among some shopping too. Needed to uber everywhere else not in the area. Great place to crash for the night

My Hotel stay was ok, bed very comfortable, room was very clean, many fast food outlets in the surrounding area. Dislikes Internet was not working in the building I was in. And I had to eat my breakfast standing, due to the limited seating available.

The pool was not in service. The internet did not work most of my stay. I was not provided with body wash. I was provided with a soap that made my skin allergy. Getting ice was an issue, I had to go the the maid lobby all the time.The machine was not provided on any complex. The service over all was not to my expectation.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. Wendy's on one side and Mcdonald's on the other, so that helped a lot with food! The rooms were pretty comfortable and clean considering that the property is older. We booked for four families and it was ideal for our purposes.

The hotel advertises a pool but when you get there you find out they don’t have a permit from the city so it’s not open. The room was outdated and dirty. We were located on the bottom floor and our door wouldn’t properly close. After changing hotels we found out this area is known for prostitution and not a safe place to stay. Glad we decided to move to the hotel across the street.
