Staff was rude, kept walking by room looking in Windom to see if we left. We had a cockroach in our room. Was not hold hours of breakfast At check in. So we missed it. Very noisy.

The pool was not in service. The internet did not work most of my stay. I was not provided with body wash. I was provided with a soap that made my skin allergy. Getting ice was an issue, I had to go the the maid lobby all the time.The machine was not provided on any complex. The service over all was not to my expectation.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. Wendy's on one side and Mcdonald's on the other, so that helped a lot with food! The rooms were pretty comfortable and clean considering that the property is older. We booked for four families and it was ideal for our purposes.

The hotel advertises a pool but when you get there you find out they don’t have a permit from the city so it’s not open. The room was outdated and dirty. We were located on the bottom floor and our door wouldn’t properly close. After changing hotels we found out this area is known for prostitution and not a safe place to stay. Glad we decided to move to the hotel across the street.

The property only had one ice machine in the main lobby 2nd floor. There was no soap or body wash provided in the room only shampoo and lotion and when we asked the front desk was told we had to wait until cleaning staff came in. The tv kept going out even though there was no storm to cause the issue. There is no refrigerator or microwave available with this property. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Very dated, this is a motel, not a hotel. Must be a nightclub or bar next door. Cars sounded like they were drag racing all night until 5am. Front desk staff very rude. They advertise free shuttle to airport but it was all booked.

Had a good stay. Easy shuttle service. Clean and comfortable room. Basic but passable breakfast. Hotel is between McDonald's and Denny's to the left, Wendy's to the right. The staff was also courteous.

our room(218) was behind ( El rinconcito latino restaurant), The restaurants huge AC unit was running 24/7 none stop. super loud and also the rooms door really hard to open , their laundry room has an QR code to scan and pay to use the washers/dryer, but the QR code were not working. so i went to the lobby to ask for quarters, and the lobby didn't have any quarters. also their swimming pool was closed the whole time

I like the area, it's walkable to a few restaurants. It's clean and the staff is very friendly. The only thing I didn't like is the second reason I chose it, was because of the shuttle service.When we went yesterday the shuttle had a flat tire, so they couldn't pick up my aunt at the airport and that's one of the reasons I chose this hotel. They should have two vans or reimburse you for the Uber which was very expensive on this trip, thank you.

Friendly, welcoming and the room smelled so clean when we walked in. The beds were comfortable and clean. It was close to several restaurants and markets. We will definitely stay here again.

The "free airport shuttle" advertised and promoted as transportation from the airport to the hotel is a joke and a fraud. I was given conflicting instructions by various hotel personnel when I made my reservation, when I called a week in advance (as I was told to do to make a shuttle reservation), when I called from the airport to provide the "station number" at which we were waiting after retrieving our luggage, and when I called a second time from the airport to again request a pick-up. The only La Quinta shuttle van that we finally saw, amid a multitude of other (apparently more reliable shuttles) sped by without stopping (or even slowing down) after we'd patiently waited for an hour. We then walked, with our luggage, over the taxi area to hire a cab, where the manager there advised "Oh, yeah - our La Quinta is notorious for that - we have put many a neglected and disgruntled La Quinta customers in cabs after they were left behind - most unreliable shuttle in the area!" -direct quote. Needless to say, it pretty much put us on a terrible start, and we've quickly reassessed any future stays at La Quinta. I won't even go into the other disappointments.
