Ants

Pros: Staff professional & friendly.
Cons: Get rid of ants, update carpet in the halls.
Location: Close to airport
Pros: Stayed for only 2 nights the staff was professional & friendly to the point where I grew tired of saying hello to the maid service. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, nice location, free parking (just don't get back too late had to park on street second night). Cons: (Ants RM 318) mostly in bathroom on counter,also saw a few on desk. Carpet in hall needs replacing it's beyond just cleaning. If it wasn't for the ants would have given a higher rating.

Pros: Location, felt very safe
Cons: Update the hotel
Location: Within walking distance to restaurants
The hotel was in a very good location and close to the airport. You can hear airport air traffic well. The room amenities are outdated (fridge, microwave etc)

Nice hotel, friendly staff.

Pros: Pool & comfy beds..
Cons: Clean or new carpets needed in the hallways..
Location: A little off the busy roads, there's a Dunkin Donuts, Italian & Mexican restaurants across the street. A massage/pedi salon as well..
Arriving earlier than expected after coming off of a cruise, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we walked to eat, then was able to sit in the lobby until a room was ready, which was earlier than expected. Clean room, although hallway carpets were pretty stained on our floor. Pool was great, after rushing all morning and hauling luggage, pool was nice, warm & relaxing.. Only just a few dining choices within walking distance from hotel... Malls, stores and fast food were too far to walk.. Also walls are thin.. could hear a child crying most of afternoon. Bathroom floor could have been swept..

Located near of many places for shopping

Pros: Comfort and cleanness
Cons: Breakfast
Location: International Mall, Best Buy, Costco and other stores are not far by car. Food is readily available nearby.
It was one-night only so it is difficult to assess but based on previous experience I do like the hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean. The area is nice (although a little close to the airport in terms of noise). I believe I will return to this hotel.

The heater/ac in the room would not turn off. So the room was usually freezing.

Terrible

I had a terrible experience at the hotel. There were animals in our room. The hotel staff did nothing about it when we told them about it.

Nice quite, very good located Hotel !!

Check in is good, rooms are spacious, breakfast is good ! Small detail they should change the aile carpets and some touch ups in the elevator.
