The hotel room was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was great as well. My only issue is that the wifi was constantly dropping from my room. I had to go to the lobby to get a decent connection.

The WiFi was horrible. As an international traveler I needed wifi and it wasn’t ability on the 4th fourth floor. Two different agents and two different reason for the poor or lack of internet connectivity.

Would definitely stay here again. The elevator was very slow and breakfast area crowded but there are so many options close by. Very convenient location close to Dolphin Mall and international Mall.

The only bad thing we encountered in our stay was the parking, not much parking options had to park on the street a couple nights. Other than that would recommend everyone to stay here as is convenient and has a plaza with food options.

I think breakfast was good but they need a bigger area! A lot of hotel guests as it's close to airport so more accommodation needed for breakfast seating. No decaf coffee 😞

I had a truly horrible experience at this hotel. It’s very dated with dirty carpet and basically no facilities. There’s one single elevator. My room was so thin walled that I could hear everything in the hallway and the other rooms. The refrigerator made an awful loud noise for my entire stay and was never repaired even though I complained every day. Some days I would not even get hot water. Some of the front desk staff don’t speak English so they could not understand a single complaint I had and offered no help. I checked out early and got my last night refunded.

Dear Karina:Yes, I realized you were not having a good experience when we spoke. Just for you to know, we have two elevators in our property working properly. You had hot water in in your room when I went and unfortunately the fridge was plugged to the wrong outlet. I'm sorry you couldn't communicate well with our staff who speaks English, Spanish and French since we receive Guest from many countries but sometimes the accents could create a language barrier. I do apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay.

This is our fourth stay at this hotel. The facility has been improving over the years. Close to family, friends and restaurants. Breakfast is just okay but coffee is good. Got a very comfortable unit but windows need to be power-washed. Could not get a good view of the outside.
