Hello Armando. We are a historic Art Deco hotel, so we don’t have a garage or parking lot, which is extremely typical for Miami Beach. There is metered parking on the street and a parking garage close by. We appreciate your feedback.

Hello Elizabeth. We do not have a parking lot or garage nor do we have a restaurant to offer breakfast. We offer housekeeping service every 3rd day of your stay, but we will remove trash and replace towels daily. At any time during your stay, you may stop by the front desk to request additional items such as towels or amenities. Thank you for your feedback.
