Never again - Horrifying experience!!! Incompetent staff and very nasty. My daughter and I were accused of making too much noise just trying to open our door at night as we were looking for our card key after a posh dinner at Rao's by a disgruntled neighbor- that then turned into being accused and threatened by security that my daughter threatened the neighbor. Lord it was scary and we did not feel safe after that. The pool was filled to helm with little kids ( a mother myself ) still can't justify $700 a night for getting peed on by a little one when I went in pool and there was barely any room in the pool. On top of that they charged an entire mini bar use we never touched. After the horrifying experience I checked out early and we moved to an amazing hotel instead. A friend that I made that works at that hotel suggested the other hotel - and they also confirmed staff is poorly trained in this establishment. Stay at the W south beach or the Ritz or anywhere else - Never ever again Loew's - disgraceful and shame on you

I had a wonderful experience at the Lowe’s Miami Beach Hotel. The service at this facility is excellent. The staff were great and very accommodating. The restaurants were top notch with a variety of food options on the menu. The entire facility was visually pleasing to the eyes. The pool area and the beach were very well maintained and presented you with an excellent vacation experience.

Excellent place to stay at in miami, ocean drive and Lincoln Rs are totally walkable. Lobby and downstairs area are like a Vegas property. The only thing that might seem an inconvenience was the size of the room, which is a little small compared to other resort hotels in the US.

Nice hotel but Small room. Charging $50 resort fee and additional $40 for an umbrella is exorbitant. $90 extra per day just to sit on the public beach. Also, medium drink at the beach is $40.

Great location and beach access! The lounge chairs and additional $27 for umbrella worked well vs $200-$300 per day for beach bed…nice for a special occasion though. Lovely property and definitely opt for the included breakfast - the buffet was great. If you want to lounge close to the pool you need to sign in EARLY, most seats near pool were taken by 9am. The lawn has plungers but not great if you want to watch kids splash and they are close together. We had lunch and drinks at pool and the pricing was high as expected at a resort. Walgreens is at the corner so it’s easy to grab bottled waters, snacks etc we had a birthday dinner at Raos and it was fantastic - food service and atmosphere. Most nights we ate out on Espagnola Way which is an easy walk and so quaint. Loved our beach getaway. If you have a car and want to go downtown - design district has amazing high end shops and wynwood walls for street art and nightlife. South beach is always fun!

I like going back to Lowe’s hotels, but I think rooms need to be updated and remodel and refreshed . Waiters at the pool not to friendly, drinks are getting worse to , very poor quality compare to previous years. For the money I paid for the room I would like to expect a little bit more.

This is one of the great traditional Miami Beach Hotels and it is managed very well. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the food is really good (quite pricey, though) and the location so close to all the shops and dining options is just fun. We'll be back!

Property in great location. Pool is so small too many people.. the beach was crowded. Our rooms were not clean when we arrived. We had to switch rooms. The hotel was very accommodating however. Good location. Very family friendly. Food at hotel was good. Front desk was excellent!

We liked the location, the gym and the restaurant staff was very nice. The negative is that the room keys automatically stop working at 11:00 AM even if you are staying several days. So, I was locked out of my room after going to get coffee at 10:00AM as I returned a bit after 11:00. Then, my husband went to change the keys and they would not let him without calling me on the room phone even though he gave his name and the reservation was under our mutual last name. The staff at the front desk who handled this was rude and unkind rather than erring on the side of courtesy. We understand the need for privacy and protection, but this was not handled well and if they would just let guest know that the keys stop working at 11:00AM, all this could have been easily avoided. It was unnecessary and confusing to be locked out of our very expensive room. And the prices here are very high. Basic coffee for two was $18.00 in the “to go” cafe.

Nice and clean hotel not made for couples who want to relax. Booked there as the rooms and amenities were nicer than our recent South Beach hotel choice nearby but regretted our choice as we noticed how family-oriented this hotel was. Good for families but not great for a couple wanted to relax. Didnt use the pool as it was filled with kids and no quiet room. Beach set up and service was good with umbrella at extra charge. Room was nice, modern and clean but regretted taking the upgrade for the balcony wasnt worth as it was on the street and very noisy. Plus the patio door didnt close properly. Room service was inconsistent. Bar and restaurant staff were very nice and food and drinks very good. I would recommend for families only. Many great activities for them.

We had a wonderful time. Hotel is in the perfect location for dining and shopping. Area was safe and very walkable. I took my 12 year old and we both felt safe the whole time. Highly recommend using the Soak Daybed Private Section as pool can get crowded otherwise.
