Very Nice Hotel

Room is very clean, beds are comfortable. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Close to restaurants and shopping area. Excellent hotel!

Awful customer service

We have stayed here many, many times and always wonderful... until this time! They gave us a bad room, awful customer service, unhelpful, uncaring, made us feel as though they did not care for our business. There are too many great hotels in Miami Beach, next time we will go to another.

Nice

Service was great. Renovations are nice. The only thing I didn't like was the dirty windows. I paid for ocean view and couldn't see it due to the scum and dirt on the windows.

Great location, beach, staff

Hotel was still under construction, yet looking beautiful. Very luxurious. Food was great, a bit pricy, but everything in the area was. Definitely a perfect stay. Rooms with balcony have a spectacular view.

Under construction yet still beautiful, clean

We enjoyed our stay at the Lowes in Miami Beach, they have excellent service and amenities. I recommend for anyone traveling to South beach! Beautiful views, easy to get to areas of interest and the hotel itself is pristine.

Renovation and noise

Pros: Clean room
Stayed 7 days with my family, very disappointed. Pool area is always in renovation , view is very bad. There is no lobby, so if you wearing swim suit or evening gown u have to walk through same little entrance. Noisy, one day elevator did not work so we were waiting 40 min just to go up. Rooms are pretty clean , that's only one plus. Noisy, dusty, non attractive place. Ruined my vacation. They shouldn't take hotel fees if they renovating the place. BIG NO!!!!!

TERRIBLE

These were the issues we experienced: 1. Construction crew everywhere 2. Noise – every video we took, we can hear drilling noise in the background. 3. Dust – while swimming in the pool, the dust from drilling was so visible and we could smell the gasoline the equipment was powered with. 4. Half pool closed- it was so weird to see boards around the pool and to see the construction crew working while we were trying to enjoy our pool time. 5. Other half of the pool crowded, with lounge chairs lined up so closely that was uncomfortable to use it. 6. In order to go to the pool, we had to use the elevator, go thru the main entry, walk around people waiting for the taxi ride (trying not to get tripped by their luggage) around the building, down the stairs to the pool. Way too long and inconvenient. 7. Our room was on 15th floor; the elevator wait time was ridiculous.
