Friendly staff, but has major upkeep issues

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. From an ownership perspective, it is clear that no money is going into the upkeep of the halls and rooms. The lobby is very nice, but the hallways and rooms are dingy and old. Our ceiling fan didn't work properly and a few light switches weren't functional. Parts of the walls that should have been repaired were just painted over. Again, top marks for the staff--they're doing what they can. Overall, you can do better for less in Miami Beach.

As you may imagine, we listened to comments like this and we took care of what needed to be taken care of. We highly appreciate you praising our staff; they are indeed a phenomenal group of people and we are extremely proud of the work they do.
