Vey nice hotel, great if you want to say down town

Pros: Location, atmosphere, staff
Cons: Lobby bar/restaurant could have been better
Location: Extremely convenient to down town and arena
I was there on business and could not take advantage of amenities, but was impressed on what I say

Hotel with outstanding service!

Staff are so welcoming, friendly and go the extra mile. There was just just a minor hiccups as it is a new development but no doubt they will have this resolved. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Gym is great as well as the terrace pools and views!

Great New Downtown Hotel

This hotel is newly open so there's some kinks that still need to be worked out and some of the room amenities are not very functional for the stay, the bathroom for example in the suite we stayed in had no doors which made it difficult for the other people in the room to sleep if someone had the light on in the bathroom it shined right through the curtain into the persons face also not being able to get your own ice and having to pay $5 for someone to get it for you every time was very annoying! But the hotel staff was so friendly and made the stay very great! Cannot wait to see this hotel when they have completed everything since they just opened in July 2016 and our stay was in August 2016 the pool was not yet done neither was the restaurant or roof top bar. I feel they should have waited till these things were completed before they opened but it was still an overall great stay!
